Web Design Process
1. Make an enquiry
Please fill out the contact form here and give a brief introduction on who you are, what you do and your website requirements. I’ll then send you a scheduling link to book your discovery call.
2. Free discovery call
We’ll have a 30min chat via Zoom so I can get to know more about your business & website requirements in order to develop a project proposal/quote.
3. Onboarding
Once you've accepted the project proposal/quote, I will then send you a client agreement and invoice as discussed in our initial call. Once I've received your agreement and initial payment, we can get started!
4. Fill out questionnaire
My first objective is to understand your overall vision & purpose for your new website. Questions that come into play are: who is your target audience? What do you want people to do when they visit your site? What pages & features would you like to have? etc...
5. Design & build
Once I have received your completed questionnaire, web copy and business branding, I’ll build a mockup homepage and a sub page first for approval before building the rest of the pages.
6. Launch!
I'll do some final tests & revisions to make sure everything works and that you're 100% happy with it, we’ll then have a Zoom session so I can show you how to use your brand new website!

Besides telling everyone you know about your amazing new website, I will make sure that your website is regularly maintained and continues to run smoothly. You can learn more about my maintenance plans here.
Absolutely! The tool that’s used to build your web pages is called ‘Elementor’. It’s as simple as drag & drop and works on the front-end of your site meaning, as you tweak & adjust, you can see the outcome of it in real-time. I’ll also give you some basic training on how to make simple site edits.
All projects require a 50% deposit prior to commencing. The remaining 50% is due upon launch. Payment can be made via bank transfer or Stripe.
I currently don’t design logos yet, but I do offer a mini branding guide which includes a simple typography logo, coming up with the colour scheme, fonts and images.
